Presentation transcript:

Cosmic Ray Analysis 1M.Ellis - CM23 - Harbin - 15th January 2009  Not enough time to go into detail, so just a quick summary of the status since CM22: u Remaining decoding issues have been fixed (Hideyuki). u All waveguides show good light yield with no obvious variations in light yield across the surface of the planes. u One or two station connectors may still need to be checked and verified (see dead channel plots). u Currently preparing plots and text for NIM paper on tracker performance.

Station 4 Plane W – Fixed! 2M.Ellis - CM23 - Harbin - 15th January 2009

3 Dead Channels 3M.Ellis - CM23 - Harbin - 15th January 2009

Next Steps  LY per plane (trivial to add).  Add fits to most probable peak for LY plots.  Generate table of LY values from fits.  Do Station alignment in the tracker to centre residuals with points removed.  Determine expected RMS values so we can compare with real data.  Put it all into the NIM paper... 4M.Ellis - CM23 - Harbin - 15th January 2009
