ILC status

Comments: This schedule already slipped by 1 year; Yen tight in Japan Took FFTB several years to achieve 70nm spots … ATF/ATF2 schedule + goals

Also for goal 2: they imagine IP FB using Honda IPBPM w. nm resolution (nice, but not directly relevant for ILC FB!) FONT at ATF/ATF2
