RENAISSANCE : a CONCERTO project financed by the European Commission on the six framework programme RENAISSANCE - LYON - FRANCE 2 WP0.1 : State of progress ( 1/2) (26th/April/2009) Financial Management (Hespul/Grand Lyon): December 08/January 09: Payment by GL of 3rd EC grant (finalisation of Year 2 full payment & 3rd Pre-payment for each partner) Management activities (Hespul): Continuous overall management of the project : With Grand Lyon, local coordinators, partners, DG TREN services updating RENAISSANCE website Preparation/overview of 7th RENAISSANCE session Delivery of the 5 annual reports – Year 3 (Hespul) Overall management & Production of Year 3 Annual Reports (with 3 months late… again  ) Submission to DG TREN the 10 th March 2009 (electronically : 4th/03/09) Management Report financially analysed by DG TREN 26 th March 09- validation on track (corrected version sent electronically by Hespul to Financial service, 15 th April 2009).
