Inductive Approach On Community –Is Purdue a community? –Is Philadelphia a community? –Do Afro-Americans (or blacks in the U.S.) constitute a community? –Do blacks in Philadelphia constitute a community? –Do blacks in the Seventh Ward constitute a community?
