Project Plan 1 Week of March 11- –Nail down components of the advertising kit –begin research on social marketing –wait to hear back from community partners Week of March 18 – –Begin prototyping a logo, and templates for the paper materials Week of March 25 (spring break) – –Dina will be gone to New Orleans –catch up on all this work to finish up the prototypes and designs, with KCMC workshop's content –send to Abdullah for review –propose a budget plan to get approved by Amos –ask Abdullah to evaluate various package options

Project Plan 2 Week of April 1 –more iterations of the design process –begin thinking of ways to document and help make this into a "kit" that other workshops can use Week of April 8 –more revisions, and start to make a translated version with help from Abdullah –begin website template using the new logo Week of April 15 –last revision on paper materials –more website work –send out paper materials for printing

Project Plan 3 Week of April 22 –follow up on printing and website work Week of April 29 – –room for us to move things around if shit hits the fan –wrap up for poster session!!!!!
