Workshop Outline A repository of learning objects was created from delegate’s contributions as part of the Sharing Learning Objects in Health Conference ( 24/3/09 University of Nottingham). During the afternoon of the conference delegates were divided into 5 groups asked to review the repository and address the following discussion task:

Discussion Focus Health care and health care education are; diverse, ever changing, idiosyncratic, highly pressurised, driven by a multitude of external influences, evidence-based, accountable The conference repository represents a putative attempt at sharing resources. With regards to the dynamic needs, characteristics and culture of the health care community, how can we make our attempts at sharing resources grow and have biggest impact for life-long learning in health care?

Recommendations Each group was asked to address specific questions and derive a series of three possible recommendations relating to each.
