Community Threat Group Task Force In an effort to combat the rising incidents of gang activity that is prevalent throughout our State a Gang Task Force was established in September, This task force was comprised of staff from the Division of Community Corrections, Division of Prisons and members of law enforcement from Cumberland, Durham and Wake counties. DOCUMENTATION PROCESS The Probation/Parole Officer along with collaboration from local law enforcement, district attorneys, facility intelligence officers, family members and other reliable sources will be used to document CTG members. An offender must score 10 or more points to become a documented member and placed into the program. Special Conditions Not use, possess, or control any illegal drug or controlled substance unless it has been prescribed for the defendant by a licensed physician and in the original container with the prescription number affixed on it, not knowingly associate with any known or previously convicted users, possessors or sellers of any illegal drugs or controlled substances; and not knowingly be present at or frequent any place where illegal drugs or controlled substances are sold, kept or used.
