Evaluate an idea Divide into teams of three Select an idea to prototype or simulate Construct a prototype or develop a simulation Prepare to present your prototype or simulation to an adjacent team Have one person present while the other person records reactions

Building the Prototype Available materials: – Pipe cleaners – Play-Do – Paper – Drawing materials

Timeframe In 30 minutes: – Develop the prototype and display to the prospects – Obtain feedback – Assess the changes necessary and the likely success or failure of the product or service
