Tool #2: Source Types BooksJournal articlesWebsites Historical (takes a while to publish) More timely, published faster Can be up to the minute, but also can be older and out of date Usually Scholarly, well edited Research oriented, scholarly, well edited Any and all kinds of information, BEWARE! Good overall background information Shorter, on a more specific topic Easy to access, quick, but of unknown quality

Tool #6: Your Library Password Allows you to use stuff from home In COAST – Click on “Create a…..” Creates your library account where you: –See what you have checked out –Renew online –Track Link+ stuff –See if you have fines (BAD!)
