Note the buttons on the bottom of the File Manager: Each allows you to perform a specific action with files. First, select the file(s), then click the appropriate button.

Action Links

Notice the little dropdown menus next to each item.

Folder dropdown action links provide additional options, notably Download.

File action links offer different options: html file links allow Editing:

File opens for editing:

You can also Preview a file by clicking the icon next to the file name.
