Europe of Knowledge European Higher Education Area A common framework of readable and comparable degrees Establish a framework of comparable and compatible qualifications described in terms of workload, level, learning outcomes, competencies and profile for BERGEN 2005 a European Framework an overarching framework of qualifications for the European Higher Education Area.

Bologna follow up group European Framework of Qualifications Chaired by Denmark Terms of Reference include key principles underlying EFQ, both at national and European levels; Must fit within wider policy domain of Copenhagen Process and Lisbon Agenda
