Index TMS Features: Personal Tasks – “In-Box” Users view of all tasks assigned to/from them. Users can filter and sort their inbox Users can perform task routing operations from this view. User view summary info on tasks Generic Term - Configurable

Index TMS Features: Multiple Work Roles Users can take on multiple roles in TMS, as they do within their organization. The user indicates to TMS which role they are currently represent and all task operations will be performed in that context.

Index TMS Features: Task Routing Users can route a task to any place in the organization This is an example of complex routing, with a task routed throughout the organization in both a serial and parallel manner.

Index TMS Features: Task Templates Task templates contain pre-configured task information and routing lists. These can be used to configure routing business rules.

Index TMS Features: Task Sorting and Filters Users can sort and filter tasks in their task “in-boxes” according to their preferences. This allows them to “focus” on their most important tasks.

Index TMS Features: Searching Users can search for key-words that appear in all task meta-data, threaded discussions, and document contents. This search takes place from a single location. All search results are returned and sorted for the user.

Index TMS Features: Task Work-Space Using the power of Windows Sharepoint Services (WSS), each task is given its own collaboration workspace. Users collaborate with each other, in post and real time using any number of hundreds of WSS work spaces. All work performed (document activity, discussions, etc.) on a task is captured, and can be searched and viewed at a later time. This is the power of TMS and Windows Sharepoint Services!

Index TMS Features: Threaded Discussion Users can capture discussions related to a task in the TMS workspace. The contents of these discussion can be searched through the TMS search screen or at an enterprise level through Windows Sharepoint Portal. Users can be notified automatically when someone responds in a discussion. Users can respond to any item in the discussion

Index TMS Features: Document Management TMS and Windows Sharepoint Services offers a feature rich document management environment. Check-In Check-Out Detailed version history with document “roll- backs” Integration with Office 2003 Integrates with discussions and alerts Chat with users real-time about a document

Index TMS Features: Announcements and Links Task Announcements can be used to keep all users up to date on important information. Links provide URL or task links to task recipients
