Now Show Me The Money!!

For Salary Negotiating... Justify your position to the seeking company! Make company feel it’s a Win-Win situation! Ask yourself, how can you benefit them if they pay you more? Let recruiters know you are interviewing with other companies! Tell the interviewer why you are worth more money! Describe past work experiences. You are fresh out of college and “ready to be molded!”

And Remember, Whatever The Offer... Keep your cool! Always be happy and appreciated of the offer...act flattered! Be honest about your opinions (quietly)! Maintain a friendly, professional manner! Never wait until the deadline to start discussing! Always remember your own personal values and morals!

But Most Importantly... Always remember to just be yourself!
