Let recruiters know you are interviewing with other companies! Tell the interviewer why you are worth more money! Describe past work experiences. You are fresh out of college and “ready to be molded!”
And Remember, Whatever The Offer... Keep your cool! Always be happy and appreciated of the offer...act flattered! Be honest about your opinions (quietly)! Maintain a friendly, professional manner! Never wait until the deadline to start discussing! Always remember your own personal values and morals!
