It is the beginning of a new race. Title of sermon: Everyone on the Field ! Every believer is equipped by God through the power of the Holy Spirit to be a minister and witness to the world! Men R-4 Ministry! Righteous- Men must live righteously for Spirit empowerment in ministry! Relevant- Men’s Ministry must be practical & pertinent to men’s diverse needs. Relational-Men must build spiritual friendships that connect, challenge,& encourage. Revolutionary-Men R free in Christ to find their ministry which frees other men!

MEN R-4 MINISTRY CONCEPT Combines men with similar interests together in a small group ministry that worships God, strengthens the church, and reaches the world. Each Righteous, Relevant, Relational, & Revolutionary ministry should function like a small group for the leadership and committed members by providing time for Prayer Support, Accountability, & Discipleship. Each ministry focuses on their area or activity while providing a safe place to intentionally build spiritual friendships with men inside and Outside the church. Every man is equipped to do good works! We will focus on one man at a time by cultivating a spiritual friendship We will create a safe atmosphere to invite those outside the church Accountability, prayer, and discipleship

MEN R-4 MINISTRY 3 PILLARS CHAMPIONS NETWORK- Focus is on TRAINING & EQUIPPING men, through small groups, seminars, & classes to become the champions God desires. CONSTRUCTION CORPS- Focus is on connecting men to SERVICE for construction & missions projects, and helps & services ministries. SPORTSMEN- Focus is on turning sporting, outdoor, and hobby EVENTS / ACTIVITIES into spiritually strengthening, soul winning ministries!

I want all the leaders to full know and understand the entire ministry so if there is an absence of one or two chairmen the ministry can still go on. As well, this will also spread the tasks among the chairmen while still being fully aware of all areas of the ministry. HELPS/SERVICES MINISTRIES SMALL GROUP MINISTRY YOUR MINISTRY E-TEAM EACH MINISTRY OR E-TEAM THAT DEVELOPS WILL HAVE A GOAL OF THREE CORE LEADERS FOR CONTINUITY AND SUPPORT, BUT ONE MAN CAN BEGIN THE PLANNING FOR HIS MINISTRY WHILE WE PRAY FOR OTHERS TO JOIN HIM. STARTING MINISTRIES or E-TEAMS: Men with similar SHAPEs Huddle to pray, plan, & prepare “their” ministry. E-Team forms are revised and updated at each Huddle as the Holy Spirit gives refined vision and wisdom. Proposed ministry is presented to Associate Pastor & Men’s Leader for approval. The New Ministry will be launched, showcased, and promoted to the church. E-Team leaders Covenant with God, ET, and each other to faithfully serve and develop their ministry. Men will be encouraged to find their SHAPE & connect to the ministry God created them for. A team story “I love it when a plan comes together” Mr T. Join a team, or develop one yourself in your own passions We will train you, support you, encourage you guide you, help you, and God will empower you with wisdom to be a witness and win souls.

EFFECTIVE MEN’S MINISTRIES ARE SUCCESSFUL WHEN: MEN lead other men into a vital relationship with Jesus Christ and then equip them to do the same. Intentional effort is given to the areas of accountability, prayer, and lifetime discipleship process in God’s word. The scope of ministries are diverse with multiple entry points, relevant, and Cultivate Spiritual Friendships. There is a shared goal or purpose with a “Challenge” to leave spiritual passivity and unleash their unique gifts. There is a Balance between Doing and Becoming. The Holy Spirit is welcomed & empowers the ministry. Men are committed to the mission. Covenant! We have a Godly mission.
