Mission and Goals The mission of the Office of Institutional Research and Program Assessment (OIRPA) is to compile, maintain, and analyze institutional and other data to support the operation, decision-making, and planning functions of the College Goals: –Provide reliable and accurate statistics for internal and external consumption –Provide data support for the College’s planning process –Develop evaluation plans and instruments for outcome assessment –Conduct in-depth survey research and analysis –Coordinate external reporting for the College (e.g., US News and World Report, The College Board, and Princeton Review)

Staff and Expertise The OIRPA consist of four staff members: –Director, assistant director, graduate assistant, and college assistant –Reports to the vice president & provost for academic affairs Expertise: –Economic policy analysis –Psychometrics –Program evaluation –Market research –Database management –Advance statistical analysis
