1. Start with Kit of Parts Original kit of parts New carbon fiber (CF) parts Flexure elements Links Steel triangles Steel faceplate Polyester flexure 2. Attach Handling Blocks to Parts 3. Assemble Parts into 2D Pattern 4 mm 4. Assemble into 3D Structure 6 mm 4-bar structure made with CF parts Steel triangle assembly Flexure assembly on steel faceplate CF and polyester flexure element assembly Once a prototype structure has been built, it is tested and appropriate changes are made in the design. Then the cycle is repeated.
