4 Course objectives Describe the principles of networking, including the major components and technical considerations Design and apply security features to local area networks Set up and administer network LAN print servers and file servers Audit and Monitor network resources and events

5 Course objectives Evaluate network backup procedures Configure a network using TCP/IP and other network protocols Set up, evaluate, and administer web services on a local area network Configure a network for remote access, including the use of tunneling protocols
