Enrollment Management & Student Success 2008 – 9

Charge  To recommend to the president policies, procedures, practices, and actions that will contribute to student access, retention, and success at CSUCI. Based on the Academic Master Plan the committee will develop a 5-year strategic enrollment management plan.

 To enable targeted recruiting efforts and effective campus-wide planning, enrollment goals need to be defined in the context of two questions:

 What do we want CSUCI to look like in five years, in terms of the composition of the student body?

 What aspects of the student “mix” are most important to us, and how do we prioritize among the types of students we might seek to attract?
