Photo Class Roster Demo Lisa Emery Unit Liaison Meeting June 28, 2006

Photo Use Policy SPG approved Spring 2006 – Approves the use of photos for internal University business purposes, specifically class rosters and seating charts. MCard holders are automatically excluded from having their photos used for University community purposes (e.g., internal Web sites, Facebooks, Department rosters) unless the departments/schools/units obtain written/electronic permission from the cardholder for the intended use.

Photo Class Roster Project Rolled out Thursday, June 22 Available to instructors, proxies, and staff with Class Roster access Ability to view individual photos Run a printable report showing all students with photos

Print Class Roster A printable report with students and their photos is available by clicking the Print Photo Roster link on the Enrolled tab Can display 20, 24, or 30 photos per page Users can select up to four types of data to display with the photos –Name always displays –Emplid, Uniqname, Units, Level, and Program are optional selections
