Is successful recruitment, a simple calculation? - A simple calculation? - Our goals at board level are strongly linked to the targets of the Dutch MOD NL on recruitment. - Target for set for 2010 is 7000 new recruits! - Our ambition at board level is >30% recruited for the AFMP/FNV and the MAR/FNV in 2010.
