Introduction ● What is WebOS? - A Virtual Computer running inside browser. - A computing research project Started at the University of California, Berkeley in Continued at Duke University, University of Texas at Austin, and the University of Washington. ● Here we focus on the first one. ● Is it a real OS? ● Some people call it Webtop or Web Desktop.

Why uses WebOS? ● Portable( Actually you don't have to bring any thing ) ● May not have to buy expensive OS any more. ● Cross-platform. ● Just need browser.

Future Possibilities ● Many People say that google is the good candidate for Web Desktop but google denied that. ● If a startup company, like YouOS, succeeds, it will change the way we use computers.  From bulky computers to laptops  From laptops to flash drives  From flash drives to finger(just need fingerprint to log in your WebOS account)  Don't have to bring anything and remember password.

Future Possibilities Sounds nice ?! We will see!
