Agenda

Providing Feedback to Teachers Student directed: –Coach codes students’ responses using technique from Coaches’ training. –(If possible, regional coordinator observes and codes Ss’ responses with the coach. RC and coach meet and develop a plan on how to work with teacher.) –Coach meets with teacher and debriefs observation. –Coach models lesson, teacher codes students’ responses. –Coach and teacher develop a five day plan on how to improve instruction based on students’ observations. –Coach visits classroom and codes students’ responses again. –Teacher and coach modify/adapt plan.
