Service «Integrum Companies» step by step

Example Let’s suppose you’d like to find all the official information on the Russian company Lukoil, its corporate structure, subsidiary companies, bank and account details, people connected with this company, look through its loss and profit statements, state contracts and accounting sheets.

Step 1. Login On the home page of enter your login and password. Then click the button “Sign in”. You will find yourself on the page with the list of the services available.

Those patrons, who enter Integrum by IP (for example, libraries), follow the next procedure. Follow the link you’ve been provided, choose Registered users: Enter Login/Password, enter login and password and click Enter to Artefact. You will find yourself on the page with the list of the services available.

Choose Integrum Companies among other services. You will find yourself on its main page where you can see the list of companies found in Integrum. You can export this list in excel by clicking excel icon in the right-hand corner of the page.

Step 2. Company search To find information on Lukoil enter the company’s name in the window at the top of the page and click Найти (Find). If you know any information on the company as, for example, its legal address, name of its CEO and so on, you are welcome to fill in the forms Реквизиты (Company details) and Расширенный поиск (Advanced search). This will make your search more specific. Let’s suppose, we need to find all Lukoil companies registered in Moscow.

Step 3. Results view You will see found companies on the same page. Clicking on the name of the company you can choose to look through company card (карточка компании), company details (регистрационные данные), incorporators (учредители), affiliated companies (дочерние компании), accounting documents (бухгалтерская отчетность) and connected persons (связанные персоны).

You will see all the information on the chosen company on a separate page. In the right hand corner there are above mentioned categories notably expert evaluation (экспертная оценка) general information (общая информация), company structure (структура компании), control (органы управления), connections of the company (связи компании), activity (деятельность компании), financial data (финансовая информация).

Integrum Monitor step-by-step

Integrum Monitor  tracking the dynamics of references to the companies by time, regions and mass media (TV and radio, printed press, information agencies, internet);  publication review in mass media;  studying the negative against positive publications in form of graphs and diagrams;

Tasks to be solved by means of Integrum Monitor Integrum Monitor  Study of PR activity of one’s own and competitive companies;  Competitive analysis;  Dynamics of positive and negative publications;  Estimation of PR activity efficiency for the specific time period;  Comparative statistics of objects;  Creation of content index;  Ways of information visual representation;

Let’s suppose, you’d like to study the frequency of references to the leading Russian banks in press, define the number of positive and negative publications on these banks and track publications distribution in different kinds of mass media. Example

Step 1. Login On the home page of enter your login and password. Then click the button “Sign in”. You will find yourself on the page with the list of the services available.

Step 2. Add objects for analysis To add new objects for analysis choose Создать новый объект (Create a new object). The field Наименование (Name) is mandatory to be filled. Other fields are filled at your discretion. Enter the bank’s name - Сбербанк России. Point synonyms if any, Choose the group (категория) and color and click Добавить (Add).

Add the following banks the same way: Альфа-Банк, Газпромбанк, Россельхозбанк, Банк ВТБ 24

Step 3. Choose the objects for analysis To choose the objects for analysis tick off marks on the left of the bank’s name and click Выбрать объекты (Choose objects). You will see the list of chosen objects at the top of the page on the left. All the objects are automatically saved and can be amended.

Step 4. Dynamics of references To compare the number of references to the chosen banks select the option Динамика сообщений (Dynamics of references) at the top of the page. Specify the date range, for example for one year, and click Рассчитать график (Graph).

Step 5. Results view The results are shown on a separate page. You can choose the results view in the form of гистограммы (bar charts), графики (graphs), даты (by dates), типы СМИ (mass media), Регионы (regions). All the built graphs are stored in the archive and you can view any of them at any time.

Each bar of the chart is active. When you click on the bar you will see the articles that create the index. The results are shown on a separate page.

Step 6. Positive/ Negative publications To define the number of positive publications on the chosen objects to negative select Позитив/ Негатив (Positive/ Negative publications) at the top of the page. Specify the date range and click Рассчитать график (Graph).

Step 7. Top 10 Central newspapers If you choose Топ 10 СМИ (Top 10 Central newspapers) at the top of the page you can examine the publications distribution on the selected banks in the leading Russian newspapers.
