Status and Plans for the Measurement of the Top Quark Production Cross Section in the Leptons plus Jets Channel Ken Johns, Venkat Kaushik, Xiaowen Lei (U. Arizona)

2 Status  Developed an ARA based framework for analyzing ESD, AOD, D2PD OR D3PD Add some details  Used 10 TeV Data and Monte Carlo samples to estimate the uncertainty of the top quark cross section using a top likelihood method Participated in top group event by event validation excercises Show a few results from Xiaowen Streamlined machinery for calculating and fitting mock data with top likelihood
