E- MAIL TO PROJECT LEADER – A ZERBAIJAN STCU begs to acknowledge registration of your proposal [name of proposal] and assigning registration number [№]. Please, fill the application form (full form), (english and azerbaijani version) and give it to the regional office of STCU in Azerbaijan... Please, give original and 1 copy of documents. Deadline- 3 months from the getting date of this letter. Your proposal have to include these documents : STCU project proposal (in english and russian) Forms of your previous experience for each of your team member electronic version of your project proposal (proposal number) in CD or in another data carrier;

Please, keep in mind that, for joint proposals with organizations from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine or Uzbekistan it’s important to submit state permissions from each country, those included to project.
