Everything about Microsoft Access (how to create forms, queries, reports, and tables, knowing exactly what they are used for and what I can create with the information) Everything about Microsoft Excel (how to use multiple sheets and transfer information, how to make calculations using specific formulas, how to add and delete comment boxes, and understanding exactly what all the data means) All the different parts of a computer and what RAM and memory are How to use binary numbers and make proper calculations while decoding information How to properly create a resume and web pages using HTML while understanding the differences and knowing when to use HTML or HTTP
