There are four external technical advisors and two DOE program managers attending this meeting J. Sheffield (ORNL-U. Tennessee) J. Kilkenny (GA) M. Tabak (LLNL) R. Town (LLNL) M. Crisp (DOE) F. Thio (DOE)  Each advisor will receive a questionnaire to provide input to the FSC FSC  The input of the advisor will be used to keep the FSC productive and competitive through the next funding cycle.

The purpose of this meeting is to present and discuss the latest results as well as to coordinate a work plan for the next two years  The FSC has a strong simulation program in place (UR,UCLA,UNR). Can we include LLNL?  The FSC is currently conducting 3 signature experiments  The FSC is also sponsoring several collaborative experiments with LLE, NLUF, RAL, LLNL  Two task forces have been charged with exploring the possibilities for additional signature experiments  One task force has been charged with conducting PIC and Hybrid code benchmarking FSC
