Project Description Robo-Football Demonstration and Competition Development Intercollegiate robotic “football” competition to encourage interest in science and engineering Develop robot-based game with elements similar to American Football Develop rules of the game and design robot(s) to demonstrate its fundamental features and technology for the game
Previous Week’s Action Items Item 1: Finish Trade Studies – Trade Studies mostly completed – Presented early results to rest of group – Begin formal documentation of results Item 2: Prepare Parts for Air Cannon Assembly – Cut PVC pipes to desired lengths – CAD air cannon to aid in assembly – Determine assembly process
Current Status Current Graphic – CAD drawing of air cannon Design Status – Finishing/documenting Trade Studies – Beginning to order prototype components – Air Cannon to be assembled Schedule – On schedule – Must order parts this week in order to account for delivery time
