Lecture: Preparing for the FYP Symposium 2006 Symposium Details Thursday 23 rd & Friday 24 th June  Considered an Examination.  Required to be there from 8:30am to approx. 4pm both days  Three parallel sessions  Presentation to be 12 to 15 minutes each and 5 minute questions  Marking will be by: your supervisor + another academic + 2 students  Students will be allocated to be the chair and timer in each session  Sponsors provide funding – discuss career possibilities
