Why Apple? Sheer Popularity Range of Products Technological Advancements Ease of Use Dominating Market Shares Etc….

Questions? Who is Apple? What are their future products? When can we plan on seeing them? Where are they going to be released? Why is this important?

Some Statistics…. Apple was created in 1976 by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne. First found success with personal computers before such hardware as an iPod. Some Apple products PC’s Laptops iPod’s Operating Systems Cell Phones Video Devices Etc…

Apple releases its new products twice a year in two different places…. WWDC (World Wide Developers Conference) WWDC takes place June 11-15, WWDC will be held at Moscone Center West in San Francisco, California Apple’s most important annual event for hardware and software developers, including in-house developers, computational scientists, IT managers, and system administrators. MacWorld Expo First Macworld Expo occurred in 1985 A trade show dedicated to the Apple Macintosh platform Put on by IDG World Expo Usually during the second week of January Features educational conferences taught by leaders in their field

So why is this important? Because this is the future…. Being able to produce and manufacture amazing products that are simplistic and affordable is what makes Apple such a success. So I would encourage you to watch Steve Jobs next Apple Keynote Address at the WWDC in June of this year

And how does this relate to IT…. Information Technology is defined "the study, design, development, implementation, support or management of computer-based information systems, particularly software applications and computer hardware." Why this definition may be lost….. What information really matters to you? These products can help with all forms of IT!
