Course Content Assessing and improving healthcare organizations (public, for-profit and non-profit) through best practices of managerial and financial accounting (auditing, pricing, cost allocation) and analytical tools (operating ratios, key performance indicators, dashboards, DuPont-, common size- and trend-analysis) of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements and statements of cash flows)
