QUFA Queen’s University Faculty Association QUFA Certified bargaining agent for approximately 1200 Faculty, Librarians, and Archivists; Bargaining unit includes all contract and full-time academic faculty, librarians and archivists; A ratification vote by QUFA bargaining unit members is currently underway for a new collective agreement ( ). QUFA Queen’s University Faculty Association QUFA Promotes the interests of Queen's University academic staff; equity in recruitment and hiring of academic staff; a positive working environment, free of discrimination, interference, restriction or coercion. Orientation 2011

QUFA Queen’s University Faculty Association QUFA Represents Members collectively in discussions with the University about Benefits, Equity, the Pension Plan and Working environment; Members individually and collectively in discussion with University about the application of the Collective Agreement; QUFA and University Administration serve on the Joint Committee to Administer the Agreement (JCAA) to discuss the interpretation and implementation of the Collective Agreement Orientation 2011

QUFA Queen’s University Faculty Association Membership in the Union is voluntary and there are no additional dues just complete & submit the form that you will find in your welcome package or on the QUFA website; only union members may participate in QUFA committees, join a negotiation team, or participate in decision-making processes of the Association at general meetings, (with the exception of ratification of new collective agreements or strike votes).
