Feb., 2004 The Company was a joint venture established in Feb., 2004 ， with 60% of investment by Shenzhen Nanshan Power Co., Ltd. (“NSRD”) and 40% of investment by Nangang Power (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. In Share Reform at Oct. 2007, NSRD purchased all the shares and the Company becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary company of NSRD. EPC project for the power plants, technical consultancies, O&M, technical training, spare parts and repairing services.

Group Company Profile  Established in April, 1990, Shenzhen Nanshan Power Co.,Ltd. (NSRD) is being engaged in the production and supply of electricity and thermal power. In 1994, NSRD had it’s A – shares and B – shares listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange for trading.  In just 18 years, NSRD has enabled itself to grow from a small GT power plant to one of the largest GT power plant in China with a total assets of more than 5.8 billion RMB and total net assets of nearly 1.7 billion RMB. The total tax payment is 2.38billion RMB and awarded as “Shenzhen Law –abiding Big Tax Payer.  NSRD’ total installed capacity is 1500MW, and has become one of key power producers in Guangdong province.
