04/13/2004By: Strobridge & Sulkoski2 Background  System used for educational purpose.  A fan is used to provide airflow for the testing of small wind rotors.  Current system is insufficient & inadequate. Consists of:  Lego Generator & LEDs to measure power output.  The channel tube is a box shape made out of scrap material.
