Quiz 1 I still need a few of the quizzes back. I have ed those who have completed the quiz with the grade. Quiz 2 will be given out the week of Oct. 15 th – Session 19

Projects I would like a draft of what you have input for your projects by November 5 th so I can make sure everyone is progressing because the project grade is ½ of your grade for the course

Lead and Lag Time Lead time (overlap) causes the successor task to begin before its predecessor task concludes Lag time (delay) causes the successor task to begin some time after its predecessor task concludes
Lead and Lag Time (Cont) Enter lead and lag times as units of time (i.e. 2days) or as a percentage of the duration of the predecessor task (i.e. 50%) Can enter the lead or lag time in the Task Information dialog box or in the Predecessors column in the Entry Table
Lead and Lag Time (Cont) Enter lag time in positive units Enter lead time in negative units (i.e. -2 days or -50%)
