2 How Are The Fields Defined? Admin Contact  If there is a Personnel Recipient defined for the Admin Department this person is displayed. If no Personnel Recipient exists, the department manager is used for that Admin Dept. Department Contact  If there is a Personnel Recipient defined for the Appointing Department this person is displayed. If no Personnel Recipient exists, the department manager is used for that Appointing Department.
