Why ReCEP Experiment? Need more time for language applications A new ‘radical’ approach to learning

Aims of ReCEP To provide students with opportunities to take control of their learning To provide conducive environment to use the target language To provide some content input to develop language skills To provide a sense ownership of their learning

The Structure of ReCEP Flexibility Collaboration Regular contact with language informant No classroom learning

Aims of the research To investigate the implementation of ReCEP To ascertain the efficiency and ‘effectiveness’ of ReCEP To make recommendations to the authorities

The Evaluation To measure efficiency and effectiveness of the ReCEP Experiment
