EIS Calendars 200-Day Calendar; District Calendar (10 & 11 Extracts) It must be approved in EIS. Calendar approval requires DST_AA access. (District Tab>Report Period Approval Link) A new calendar version is created in EIS each time changes are made to a previously approved calendar. New calendar versions must be approved in EIS. Resources EIS Webpage: Documents Training Videos Extract Layout & Appendices The documents can be found on the EIS webpage. The extract layout allows users to see what information is included in the extract. The appendices provide users with EIS acceptable information. Transmission File Names Vendors can provide instructions on how to find file information in your SIS. File names contain the district number, date created, and R (SIS file) or S (Easy IEP file). EIS Errors Previous Date Errors This error report allows users to search for errors based on the file name and/or date. Currently, every error corrected and/or cleared would still show on the previous date report. The future plans are to code EIS to remove any error from this report that has been corrected and/or cleared. This should improve efficiency. Block Approval Errors The current statewide error count is: District calendar= 158 School calendar= 1,507 Class= 13,847 Student= 1,361 The Help Desk is aware that some districts have block approval errors for calendars that are not being used. In that situation, districts should make sure all data attached to the calendar is deleted. The error will continue to show on the report because there will not be any new data submitted. Dynamic Errors Errors should be cleared when corrections are made. Large amounts of errors cause the report to time out Spring Attendance Conference 4

EIS Helpful Information Do not send social security numbers in correspondence, screenshots, and attachments. District users with DST_AA access can download the App User List. (District Tab> Download App User List) Don’t forget to send the 51 extract. Districts that are state hosted should not try to upload files.
