Background – COE LCFF, December 2014 In 2013, the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) enacted replacing previous K-12 finance system LCFF provides supplemental and concentration funding for disadvantaged youth COE and charter school internal staff reported aggregate counts through the Principal Apportionment Data Collection software LCFF funding calculations based on students enrolled on information day. For COE some students attributed back to district of residence

District Actions From the LCFF FAQs Can an LEA share its FRPM data with another LEA for LCFF purposes?
