Articles of Confederation Solving the Problems Although regarded as our first constitution, the Articles of Confederation (AoC) proved to be a flawed document. Use the Constitution in your book starting on page 775 and find the Article , Section, and Clause in the Constitution where the solution to the problems of the confederation under the AoC are found. *I have provided you with the citations in the Constitution for each problem – all you need to do is write the solution on how it was fixed in the Constitution.
