Conditioning/Nutrition – It is expected that players at this age will begin to learn and follow appropriate behavior commensurate with an athlete. Sleep, stretching, nutrition, liquids, pre-game, post-game, tourney prep. Fun – Having fun and enjoying lacrosse is very important, however, it is not the priority. At this age and at the travel team level, it is a by-product of adhering to the above outlined philosophies.
