Cigré SC D1 Colloquium 2015 Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Sep. 13 th -18 th Presentation guidelines (Oral presentation in English) Authors will have 15 minutes available for their oral presentations and 5 minutes for discussions. Length of the presentation material should be strictly in accordance to the allowed time. Authors are kindly requested to be present in the session room well in advance the scheduled session, in order to load and test the presentation files using the computer provided by the colloquium organizers. The use of other computer is not allowed for the presentation. Each presenter is requested to prepare the presentation for use on a digital projector. Only PowerPoint or PDF format presentation may be used. The Colloquium room is equipped with audio-visual equipment, such as: LCD Projector Windows-based PC Screen Laser Pointer We recommend you bring more than one copy of your presentation to the colloquium in case there is a problem with one of them. Thumb Drive (Pen-drive), CD-R and CD-RW are accepted. Although internet will be available in the rooms, the use of online material is not recommended during the presentation. Each presenter must prepare a short biography of no more than 100 words. This biography will be used by the Session Chair to introduce the presenter. 2
