Importance Generally we see incentive is very important for anyone. It increase human’s work performance As HR or any office environment it increase not only worker’s performance but also increase company’s repute. Employee productivity is another important factor that directly affects part of employee. Freedom of opinion and participation in decisions related to work is important elements of employee involvement. A reasonable reward affects a staff’s progress and professional plan as a performance connected pay can inspire the staff to assume a knowledge and skills plan.

Results of performance. This chart indicates that if we give some incentives (like bonus, rewards, increment and increase their pay) to our employees it increase their work capacity.

Pitfall To avoid pitfall we use strategic planning of work process . It is the best way to avoid it. To avid we pitfall we take these measure avoid from word NO Lack of Connection Tack Actions

Planning to avoid Pitfall Avoid no, say yes. It is good strategy to take possible actions. Identify and create links between the actions of your plans. Always admire good work, it is key of creating potential work force. we can avoid pitfall by working according to the formulated strategy i.e. Avoid No , Say yes . The key of creating potential work force is admire their Efforts, reward them according to their efforts.

Strategy to avoid Pitfalls If we adopt a good strategy then we find the solution of pitfall. The Six steps strategy shown in the figure help the organizations to avoid pitfalls.

Result: Do right Strategic planning then you are capable to take incentives of greater profits and long-term growth of your business.

incentives for younger generation We create them functional skills like social, communication and creative skills Remove geographic mismatch between creating jobs and development of skills. Improve yourself to change business scenario. Provide them career growth opportunities.

Conclusion: Incentive is like a blood for work environment. It boost employee’s work capacity. To avoid it we use good strategy that do wonders .  If we develop workshops of programs for our new generation it will help them in lots ways and good for their confidence level.
