Company at a glance… Gulf Dura Industries (GDI) is one of the leading manufacturers of construction piping systems with a state of the art factory in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah (Al Ghail Industrial City), and sales offices in Dubai. Gulf Dura Industries (GDI) was established in 2007 as a subsidiary of Gulf General Investment Company – GGICO Group of Companies. GDI is a market leader in the supply of advanced systems for plastics, including PPR and PEX pressurized water supply systems; PVC drainage systems; Highly technological PP-based acoustically silent drainage systems, in addition to electrical conduit systems. Moreover, GDI’s ultra-modern manufacturing facilities, has an astounding annual plastic conversion capacity of over 22,000 metric tons.

Manufacturing Excellence Production machines comprising of extruders, injection molding machines and a multitude of plastic molds and assembly setups are available from reputable European manufacturers. Quality, on the other hand, is ensured with qualified production and inspection technicians and stringent inspection processes as per globally acknowledged standards in well equipped in-house laboratories. In addition, world class third party inspection bodies are routinely commissioned to certify and ensure the continuity of produced quality. Integration As in all modern manufacturing facilities, efficient logistics and integration is of paramount importance and thus highly emphasized. This is achieved with a state-of-the-art Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system tailored to this industry, & well trained professional staff in all company functions. Logistics Moreover, a network of delivery trucks and electronic based logistics management delivery systems ensure timely & precise delivery of orders in the correct form. Water Piping Systems according to Euro Norm - DIN standards. This piping system is available with the full size range, from 20mm to 110mm. Moreover, dimensionally stable and technologically advanced fibro 3-layer pipe is also available in the same size range. Moreover, a full range of fittings and accessories and tools are available.

Electrical Conduits & Accessories according to BS Standards. This system includes conduits for electrical wiring from 16mm to 50mm. The complete range of fittings, accessories and tools are available to compliment this product line.

PVC Drainage Piping Systems according to BS standards. This piping system is available with sizes from 36mm to 315mm pipes with solvent cement and rubber joints. Moreover, a full range of fittings and accessories and tools are available to meet all requirements for sewerage, waste, drainage, and ventilation inside and outside buildings applications.

PP acoustically Silent Drainage Systems according to Euro Norm - DIN. This 3 layer mineral filled piping system has been developed specially for the increasing demand of countering noise contamination in all modern buildings. This product line is available in sizes from 32mm to 160mm, with rubber joints pipes and fittings. Moreover, a complete range of acoustically silent fittings and accessories are available to meet all demanding requirements inside buildings.

A designation for cross-linked(x) Polyethylene(PE), PE-x is a modified condensed structure of polyethylene molecule with improved properties, suitable for hot and cold interior plumbing applications.

Manufacturing Facility

Extrusion 7 high speed European main extrusion lines, with the ability to process 16mm to 315mm pressure and drainage pipes.

Injection Molding 24 state of the art injection machines ranging from 120 tons to 600 tons.

Support Systems In-House support systems include an inhouse fully automated mixing plant; mega-chillers; palletizin machines; pulverizing machines; and many more.
