Select the correct roster(s) for Keystones o Summer 2014 tested o Winter-tested o Spring-tested Teachers may have more than one roster o Example: Teacher A teaches 2 semester-long courses in which students test at the end of the course. o Teacher A will have a Winter-tested roster (semester 1 students) and a Spring- tested roster (semester 2 students). o Example: Teacher B teaches 2 semester-long courses, as well as a year- long course. o Teacher B will have a Winter-tested roster (semester 1 students) and a Spring- tested roster (semester 2 students as well as year-long students ).

PVAAS Roster Verification Substitutes Remind LEAs about language in FAQ on Long Term Substitutes Overclaiming and Underclaiming Over-claimed students are students claimed for more than 100% across teachers/schools/LEAs. All over claiming of students WITHIN a district/LEA must be resolved. LEAs are not expected to resolve issues of over claiming of students ACROSS LEAs, UNLESS the LEAs are sharing a student(s) simultaneously (such as an IU and district) Under-claimed students are claimed for less than 100% across teachers/school/LEAS. ◦Because underclaimed students are flagged in the system, some LEAs are concerned they must resolve all instances of underclaiming… ◦However, underclaiming can be appropriate and accurate.
