ORDER FORM CONT…..  This is NOT a fundraiser (we don’t make money for the team its just a way we make nice fan apparel available for everyone)  The apparel is for ANYONE (parents, siblings, relatives, etc…..)  Great for Christmas presents  10 th -12 th graders need to purchase a travel warm-up (if you have one from last season you don’t need to buy another one)  Follow the directions on the form to order online  All orders will be delivered to the high school and we will distribute it

TEAM CAPTAINS  During the first week of practice each player will be given the opportunity to nominate a teammate they feel would be a good captain.  The 3-4 players with the most nominations will be given the opportunity to interview with the coaching staff **Captains will be chosen by the end of the second week of practice

LETTERING POLICY Everyone on the varsity roster will earn a letter if they finish the season in good standing *A player may also be given a letter at the coaching staff’s discretion based on special circumstances (example = injury) *Must finish the season in good standing

PARENT VOLUNTEERS We are looking for parent volunteers to help organize season activities:  Duties would include things like organizing team dinners, pre-game meals, youth nights, cancer awareness activities, banquet, senior night, youth lock-in, basketball bulletin board  If you are willing to help please let the parents above know please use your smartphone to go to johnstongirlsbasketball.weebly.com and choose the “Online Forms” tab to sign up  Jody Lehman has graciously volunteered to be the lead **This is greatly appreciated by the entire coaching staff and all of the players!!!!!!!
