2 Baby routines Feeding –20-40 min maximum suckling reflex –Strictly no honey,jaggrey,formula feeds to be used –Solely breast fed till 6 months –No additional water requirement till solely breast fed

3 –Should be daily –Use warm and not hot water –Separate accessories (bath tub, mug) –Use mild baby soap –Cleaning of eyes/nose/ears/genitals Baby bath

4 Baby massage –No massage by malishwali bais –Can be done with baby oil/moisturizing cream –Preferable after baby bath –No besan/atta for bathing
