STRATEGY FOR ACCELERATING MEMBERSHIP PROMOTIONAL MEASURES Participation of FIEO in the local exhibitions / trade fairs through complimentary booth for promotion. Personal field visits to Status Holders (unpaid members/non members) to convince them to renew / become members. Organise domestic Trade Fairs to increase FIEO awareness among the traders. Contacting non members participating in FIEO domestic events. Identifying non member status holders from DGFT website and contacting them for membership.
Contd.. SERVICES Personal visits to the members for gaining their views on the services provided and sustaining relationship with the member. The Conference Hall to be provided on rental services for the benefit of exporters clients / buyers.

STRATEGY FOR INCREASING PARTICIPATION IN DOMESTIC ACTIVITIES Inorder to enhance the visibility of participation, the number of circular to be sent in a week may be increased from “one” to “two” i.e. one combined circular and one individual circular of the event scheduled for the same week as final reminder. The limit of sending from Individual accounts may be increased per day from “200” to “500”. Provision for organising events in remote areas needs to be created. Independent circular as and when required (weekly basis) for International events may be allowed to send to attract more participation.
