Arlette Kambwa-Gitau Academic background Arlette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Wisconsin-Parkside, Masters of Arts degree from Ball State University, and is currently pursuing an MBA. She is also a Certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR).

HR Business Partner - Tanzania Thadeus has over 7 years work experience in Human Resources Management and Development with specific knowledge and skills in the areas of recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, Tanzania labour laws and HR management systems. He has an excellent understanding of career management and talent resourcing which are key in building up human capital in an organization. Thadeus Mkenda Academic background Thadeus holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA General: Accounting, Finance, Marketing & Human Resources Management) from the University of Dar es Salaam.

HR Business Partner - Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi Rose is a Human Resource professional with 14 years of experience as a HR Generalist. She is experienced in managing Workforce Planning, Acquisition and Deployment; Performance Management; Reward; and HR Operations. She has expertise in Oracle systems (On-line) recruiting. Rose Sente Academic background Rose holds a Bachelors Degree in Arts from Makerere University Kampala, a Post Graduate Diploma - Uganda Management Institute, and a CIPD (UK) Fast Track Certificate in Human Resource Practice.

HR Business Partner – Audit (DEA) Edna is a seasoned HR professional with seven (7) years related experience in the areas of developing and implementing policies & procedure manuals, talent and performance management, benefits administration, recruitment and targeted selection, training needs assessments, job analysis and evaluation, remuneration surveys, organisation development and employee wellness and orientation. Edna Kwinga Academic background Edna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. She is SHL Certified Psychometric Administrator.

Human Resources Manager – DEA Mobility and ICS Andrian has over 8 years’ experience in Human Resource management. Her areas expertise includes Human Resource Operations, Performance management and Learning and Development. Andrian’s experience in Learning and Development has included content development and facilitation, Learning ROI and more recently Leadership Development. Andrian Bundi Academic background Andrian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Maseno University, Kenya and is a Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya. She is currently undertaking her Masters of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology from Daystar University, Kenya. HR Officer - DEA Recruitment Emily has more than 5 years’ experience in both operational and strategic management of the human resources function. She is a recruitment specialist, having extensive experience in recruiting for positions internationally and nationally in both profit and not for profit organizations. She also has experience in other spheres of HR such as compensation and benefits, performance management and policy formulation. Emily Kerandi Academic background Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Paul’s University, Kenya and Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from University of Nairobi.
