REWARDS PROGRAM The first time you will use “REWARDS” as your password then you will be prompted to change your password to something new. You will sign in with your SPD Driver ID with the letters “SPD” in front. You will sign into your rewards site at: The online chat is available if you need assistance. POINT BANK (MY ACCOUNT) You will see your lifetime points, points spent, and current point total These tabs are available to you to manage your account settings, orders, and changing any account information Here is where you will see descriptions of points earned and you will be able to see comments for any applause award you receive

MY ORDERS (MY ACCOUNT) Here you will be able to see recent order history

MY DEVICES (MY ACCOUNT) This is how you can connect your mobile device to the app created for shopping the rewards catalog

MY INFORMATION (MY ACCOUNT) This is where you can edit your personal information including name and address

CHANGE PASSWORD (MY ACCOUNT) Here you can change your password and your reminder question

CHANGE ADDRESS (MY ACCOUNT) You can update your address

MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS (MY ACCOUNT) The subscription manager allows you to choose which s you receive from the system.

QUIZZES (OPPORTUNITIES) Quizzes are found under the OPPORTUNITIES tab. You can earn points for completing them.

SURVEYS (OPPORTUNITIES) Company Surveys are also found under the OPPORTUNITIES tab.

RULES The RULES tab is a list of all the ways you can earn points.

FAQ The FAQ tab is a quick way to find already answered questions!

CONTACT US Any questions you have regarding your rewards account can be ed through the site.

REWARDS Here you will see categories for the different items available on the online catalog. You will be able to purchase items with your points Here you will see what is in your cart and what is in your wish list. You can add things to your wish list and save up for certain items Here you will find top redeemed items

ADDING AN ITEM TO YOUR CART Once you have selected your item of choice click the Add to Cart Button Then click on cart

PLACING YOUR ORDER Once in your cart, verify the item is in stock **Note Drop Ship items will ship directly from the vendor and are allotted 4-6 weeks for delivery Verify quantity ordered Click check out

PLACING YOUR ORDER For a new address click New address then fill out the form. Then click continue. The system will remember previously used addresses
